This is due to essential maintenance.
What will users notice
- Reminder messages will be displayed 60 minutes and 10 minutes before SystmOne becomes unavailable
- User are required to save all data before 13:00 on Saturday 8th November 2025
- During the downtime, SystmOne will freeze for up to 20 minutes. Users will be able to use the system as normal after this time
- A notice will be posted in SystmOne noticeboards from TPP to inform users that the maintenance work is complete
