Advanced Notice of Maintenance - eCare Downtime.
On the night Shift of Wednesday 4th November there will some e-Care Downtime. The downtime will Start on Thursday 5th November at 00:00 to 02:30.
Please ensure all you have enough supply of all your downtime paperwork, and your downtime machine is checked and showing your correct patient list – this should be carried out on MONDAY 2nd November, if this incorrect, a call marked as urgent will need to be logged with the helpdesk on 7777.
