Certificate Service period: 8:00 to 8:30 AM. Engine will be cycled to apply the changes which will result in 1-2 minutes of HIE downtime. On the off chance that some issue occurs, engine will be cycled again to re-implement the certificate leading to the same 1-2 minutes of HIE downtime.
