To advise all ESR Users that there is an issue affecting the ESR service.
Description
Users accessing ESR, via HSCN, are encountering an issue with the ESR service.
Current Status
We are investigating this issue as a matter of highest priority and a further update will be provided as soon as possible.
User Actions
Users who are unaffected are advised to continue using ESR as normal. Users accessing via the Internet are unaffected.
