TPP Connection Issue - Failing The issue affecting multiple Shared Care Records has been escalated to senior colleagues at TPP and Oracle. Both companies are urgently investigating to resolve this matter. While GP data remains accessible via the direct GP Connect feed, TPP Community and Hospice data are currently unavailable. We apologise for any inconvenience and frustration this may cause and will keep you informed with updates as soon as they are available.
We want to update you that unfortunately we are still having issues affecting users when retrieving data from TPP sources (TPP Community and Hospice Data). Please note that GP data is unaffected, as this can still be retrieved via the GP Connect HTML feed. We have reached out and this is currently being investigated by Oracle and TPP. We will provide an update as soon as further details are available. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Please share this information with your users who access the ShCR / HIE.
