Digital services alert: Citrix pop-ups and disconnection issues  

Following the deployment of a Citrix upgrade on the afternoon of Thursday 1 October, we have identified a couple of issues.

Devices on-site (mainly laptops) may display a pop-up relating to "Citrix Secure Gateway". If you see this message, you can safely close the window by clicking the X in the top right-hand corner.

Devices off-site or at home may unexpectedly lose connection. Unfortunately, if this occurs, you will need to restart your device. Please note that any unsaved work will be lost.

The upgrade has now been paused; however, some devices may already have started the update process.
