Following the issue on Monday, our Anti-Virus Supplier has now released an urgent patch to resolve the false positives being reported. If you are still having issues with this, please call the Support Desk.
We are aware of an issue where our anti-virus solution is reporting files as being infected and quarantining them.
We are working with the supplier and going through remediation steps for those machines that have been impacted.
Please note the files are being wrongly identified as being infected, however we ask that you remain vigilant and report issues through the Service Desk so that we can continue to track and resolve the issue.
