e-Care Downtime
On the night shift of the 13th October 2026 there will be a 2.5 hour downtime between the hours of 00:00 on Wednesday 14th October until 02.30 on Wednesday 14th October.
During this time, full business continuity will be in place.
Members of the e-Care team will be available for advice and can be contacted via Alertive as e-care floorwalker.
