Underway

The scheduled maintenance is now underway. We'll keep you updated on our progress.

Scheduled

Essential upgrade work is required on the laboratory computer systems, which will take place between 7am and approximately 7pm on Sunday, 14 April.

e-Care will not be affected by this downtime and will be available on all computers. However, pathology staff will not have access to WinPath (the system used in the laboratories), so the Trust will be implementing business continuity plans for requesting and reporting pathology tests from 6am.

The downtime will affect ordering and reporting of results in both e-Care and ICE.

More information can be found on the intranet: https://www.staff.wsh.nhs.uk/news/advance-notice-of-downtime-for-laboratory-systems and on staff briefing emails.
