Investigating

Issue: Some people are experiencing problems with Radar at the moment. We are sorry if this is causing problems. We're investigating the issue and will update as soon as we know more.

There's an issue this morning with customers being unable to go into certain sections of the forms. This doesn't effect people reporting incidents, but might effect those going into write up their investigations. We have raised this issue with the supplier who are investigation as a matter of urgency.
