Advanced Notice of Maintenance: Libery Converse Netcall

Dear Colleagues,

To address an urgent PHP security vulnerability affecting our Netcall environment, a mandatory system upgrade has been scheduled.

The upgrade will take place on Monday 2 November 2026 and will require a temporary outage of Netcall services.

Planned downtime:

Start: Monday 02/11/2026 at 17:15 End: Tuesday 03/11/2026 by 08:00

During this period, Netcall services will be unavailable while the upgrade work is completed, and post-upgrade testing is undertaken.

Please also ensure that you are fully logged out of Netcall by 17:15, as you must not remain logged into the system during the maintenance window.

This work is necessary to ensure the security, stability, and continued reliability of the platform.
