Planned Alertive System Upgrade – 10th September (between 10am – 12pm)
Alertive will be carrying out a planned upgrade to its production system on 10th September between 10:00am and 12:00pm. The upgrade will move the platform to the latest stable version, providing performance improvements and ensuring the service remains up to date with the latest enhancements from the supplier.
No disruption to users is expected during this work, and no downtime is planned. The change has been assessed as low risk and will be carefully monitored throughout the upgrade. If any issues arise, the supplier has a tested rollback process which allows the system to be safely returned to its previous version.
