Snapshot clinical photography, theatre porting and water flushing apps will be offline from 22 July 2026   

We have some technical issues with getting these apps onto the Trust’s Apple devices (iPads, iPhones etc). We are expecting that they will not be available to use from tomorrow, Wednesday 22 July 2026. We are working hard to get these back up and running as soon as possible.

Snapshot clinical photography: you should use the business continuity plans for your clinical service or department. Personal devices are not a suitable substitute to use for taking pictures.

Theatre portering app: you should use the business continuity plans from tomorrow morning. Theatre managers are aware that the application will not be available.

Water flushing app: you should use the business continuity plans from tomorrow morning.

As soon as digital services have an update on the re-availability of the applications, we will send another update. This is not expected to be until at least Thursday 23 July.
