Digital services are aware of an ongoing issue affecting some printers that are randomly printing error messages containing 'IPP' errors. This is not affecting clinical printing and appears to affect mostly printers in ward areas.
We are working with both Microsoft and our supplier to rectify this. We suggest reusing the blank paper that is generated, and the printer error message paper for scrap (There is no sensitive information in either of the pages printed)
