Please see below a few important updates to the SNEE Shared Care Record (ShCR) / HIE:

Upgrade

The yearly HIE upgrade will be going live on Wednesday 13th November – There will be a period of downtime between 06:30 - 08:30am on Wednesday to allow this to progress.

Cambridge University Hospital Data & Radiology Fixes

On Thursday 14th November - Oracle will be implementing a fix to the current issues we are seeing with CUH and Radiology.

Cache Resets

Following the HIE upgrade, the cache reset will be starting the weekend of Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th November, Following the reset, the ShCR / HIE may perform slightly slower on Monday 18th November.

Following the fixes on Thursday, there will be a second cache reset - Dates and Times TBC

Essex and Suffolk Elective Orthopaedic Centre (ESEOC)

ESEOC goes live on Monday 11th November – To support the ESEOC Project, the SNEE ShCR now has new data: ESNEFT Orthopaedic data. This data will be included in the Clinical Documents widget.
