We've fixed the core issues, and are monitoring the current situation.

Identified

We have identified the cause of a number of the issues found and will be performing a rolling reboot of the impacted system from 9pm tonight (23/4/2026) - If you are connected to one of the impacted servers you will receive a message asking for you to save and sign out of e-Care 15 minutes, then 5 minutes and a final request 1 minute before the 9pm deadline. If you have not signed out you will be automatically signed out. This process is planned for 3 stages to reduce the impact of this work.

Investigating

Please be aware we are experiencing a number of issues following the Oracle Citrix upgrade last night. We are working with our supplier to resolve each issue.
