M*Modal/Solventum System Maintenance - UK FFT Quarterly Database Maintenance
On the evening of Wednesday 3 December 2025, M*Modal/Solventum will be holding a quarterly database maintenance event that will require the system to be unavailable during a window of up to 4 hours.
Time and Duration: Start: Wednesday 3rd December 2025 23:00 GMT
End: Thursday 4th December 2025 03:00 GMT
Description: Solventum Fluency for Transcription (FFT) U.K. database update
Impact: During this 4 hour window, users signed into the following modules of the Solventum Fluency for Transcription (FFT) platform will be disconnected from their session.
• Solventum™ Fluency™ for Transcription Management Module (FFTM)
• Solventum™ Fluency™ for Transcription Editor Module (FFTE)
• Solventum™ Fluency™ for Transcription Flexibility Module (Flex)*
• Solventum™ Fluency™ for Transcription Flexibility Web Module (FlexWeb)
• Solventum™ Fluency™ Mobile App*
• Solventum™ Fluency™ Auditor
• Solventum™ Fluency™ Analytics Solution
*Flex and Mobile apps will be available in offline mode
