M*Modal (Solventum) will be undergoing planned maintenance during this time for approximately 45 minutes.
We expect a period of downtime of up to 45 minutes to one hour for the following applications:
Fluency for Transcription (FFT) UK cloud storage update.
Impact: During this 45 minute window, users signed into the following modules of the Fluency for Transcription (FFT) platform will be disconnected from their session and unable to sign in until 02:45 a.m. GMT:
FFT Manager (incl. "Ambulatory" app) FFT Editor Fluency Flex Fluency FlexWeb Fluency Auditor Fluency Analytics
Workflow, document delivery and the receipt of data will also be halted until 2:45 a.m. GMT
Recommended Actions: Plan any critical actions, including signed in sessions to the above modules, before or after this maintenance window.
