Solventum Mmodal System Maintenance UK CDS Upgrade
Description: On Thursday 5th February 2026, Solventum will initiate an upgrade of our CDS database to provide enhanced functionality and continued support. The CDS database is hosted by Solventum and used for user and application profile management for Solventum’s Fluency related products such as Fluency Direct. The database upgrade will ensure that our system remains secure and up to date.
Solventum Health Information Systems (HIS) considers security and protection for electronic personal health information a top priority and routinely reviews industry opportunities that leverage best options, technology, and practices in that area.
No downtime is required, and no effort will be required on the part of the customer.
Timeline:
Start: Thursday 5th February at 08:00PM GMT
End: Friday 6th February at 10:00PM GMT
Impact: This release covers work for November 2025 development. Changes are related to strengthening the security of the CDS platform, making it conform to StateRAMP standards, and improving the training of new voice profiles.
