Digital services alert: IT service interruption - Migration of CLOUD firewall - 24th April from 23:00

The IT Department will be carrying out the migration of our Internet firewall tonight (24/04) between 23:00 on 24/04 and 03:00AM on 25/04, with up to 90 minutes downtime to the following services expected between 23:00-00:30AM:

Alertive Web (Please note this only impacts web access from Trust workstations and that the Alertive mobile app will continue to work over Wi-Fi) Mmodal Office 365 (Teams/SharePoint) External e-mail (OUTBOUND non-NHS Mail only) External e-mail (INBOUND non-NHS Mail & NHS Mail) ESR Remote access (including AOVPN/Citrix/NetScaler) Cerner Cap-Man (from iOS devices) FMfirst (from Android devices)

Please note this work has received Tactical approval and the impacted departments that operate during these hours have already been informed of the need to put their relevant business continuity procedures in place during the downtime period.
