We're currently having issues with ERS (Choose & Book / eReferrals)
NHS England technical teams have performed remedial activity on the underlying service infrastructure, restoring service stability. The service will now undergo a period of heightened monitoring to ensure continued stability.
This has been raised by NHS Digital as a national priority 2 incident which they are investigating.
Issue: Some people are experiencing problems with ERS / Choose & Book at the moment. We are sorry if this is causing problems. We're investigating the issue and will update as soon as we know more.
