Some people are experiencing problems trying to run applications from the Citrix portal: https://ctxmfa.wsh.nhs.uk. You may receive a 'Protocol driver error [error code 2064.1030]. We are sorry if this is causing problems. We're investigating the issue and will update as soon as we know more.

These workarounds may resolve the issue temporarily whilst a permanent fix is being scheduled:

  • Clear the browser cache & refresh the storefront page
  • Run browser in In-private mode
