Planned maintenance for M*Modal UK FFT Quarterly Database Maintenance
M*Modal (Solventum) will be holding a quarterly database maintenance event that will require the system to be unavailable for approximately 4 hours.
We expect a period of downtime of up to 4 hours for the following applications:
- Fluency for Transcription Management Module (FFTM)
- Fluency for Transcription Editor Module (FFTE)
- Fluency for Transcription Flexibility Module (Flex)*
- Fluency for Transcription Flexibility Web Module (FlexWeb)
- Fluency Mobile App*
- Fluency Auditor
- Fluency Analytics Solution *Flex and Mobile apps will be available in offline mode
Recommended Actions Plan any critical actions, including signed in sessions to the above modules, before or after this maintenance window.
