Smartcard Logon issue affecting eCare, e-RS and ESR

The core issue has been fixed and thing are recovering.
This is also affecting e-RS and ESR.
This is a national issue affecting CIS2, and our support provider is currently investigating. In the meantime, colleagues should be able to log in using CIS1 if they have access to the 'Backup e-Care Smartcard' icon on their computer desktop.
Issue: Some people are experiencing problems with eCare Smartcard logons at the moment. We are sorry if this is causing problems. We're investigating the issue and will update as soon as we know more.
