Issues with MModal (Solventum)
We are experiencing issues with MModal (Solventum) at the moment. We are investigating the issue with the supplier and hope to have it resolved shortly.
Solventum are aware of an issue caused by the Windows update KB5094126, which is impacting the formatted document view in Solventum™ Fluency™ for Transcription Editor Module (FFTE).
What’s happening • The formatted view within Editor is not displaying correctly • This issue is isolated to Editor only
Workaround • Uninstalling the KB5094126 Windows update resolves the issue
We are continuing to monitor this and will share further updates as needed.
