Issues with MModal (Solventum)
A Windows update has been deployed to Trust computers to resolve this issue.
We are continuing to investigate this issue. In the meantime, we have found a workaround which can be viewed here.
We are experiencing issues with MModal (Solventum) at the moment. We are investigating the issue with the supplier and hope to have it resolved shortly.
Solventum are aware of an issue caused by the Windows update KB5094126, which is impacting the formatted document view in Solventum™ Fluency™ for Transcription Editor Module (FFTE).
We are continuing to monitor this and will share further updates as needed.
