Community Wireless Connectivity Issues

We are aware of an issue impacting wireless network services across parts of the community estate. The issue can result in a loss of Wi-Fi connectivity at the following sites:

Disability Resource Centre, Technology House, Hillside Special School, Maple House, Haverhill Health Centre, Priory School, Riverwalk School, Saxmundham Clinic, Thetford Healthy Living Centre, Thomas Wolsey Ormiston Academy, Woodbridge Clinic

Please note that wired network connectivity remains available at all of the above sites.

The required replacement hardware is currently being progressed through the procurement process to enable resolution of the issue.
