Planned maintenance for M*Modal UK FFT Quarterly Database Maintenance
On the evening of Wednesday 11th March, Solventum will be holding a quarterly database maintenance event that will require the system be unavailable during a window of up to 4 hours.
Time and Duration: Start: Wednesday 11th March 11:00 p.m. GMT End: Thursday 12th March 3:00 a.m. GMT
Description: Solventum™ Fluency™ for Transcription (FFT) U.K. database update
Impact: During this 4 hour window, users signed into the following modules of the Solventum™ Fluency™ for Transcription (FFT) platform will be disconnected from their session:
• Solventum™ Fluency™ for Transcription Management Module (FFTM)
• Solventum™ Fluency™ for Transcription Editor Module (FFTE)
• Solventum™ Fluency™ for Transcription Flexibility Module (Flex)*
• Solventum™ Fluency™ for Transcription Flexibility Web Module (FlexWeb)
• Solventum™ Fluency™ Mobile App*
• Solventum™ Fluency™ Auditor
• Solventum™ Fluency™ Analytics Solution
*Flex and Mobile apps will be available in offline mode
Recommended Actions: Plan any critical actions, including signed in sessions to the above modules, before or after this maintenance window.
