We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience.
We are continuing to investigate the issue, If you need to dictate urgently, please open Fluency Direct (Icon with the microphone) and dictate directly into Powerchart using eCare. If you are unsure on how to do this please give the support desk a call.
Issue: Some people are experiencing problems with MModal Fluency for Transcription Editor & MModal Fluency Flex at the moment. We are sorry if this is causing problems. We're investigating the issue and will update as soon as we know more.
